IPSP ERPNEXTシステムアップグレード作業が完了です。

来月にIPSP ERPNEXTシステムアップグレード作業予定のお知らせです。

作業：IPSP ERPNEXTシステムバージョンアップ (v14→v15)

対象システムURL：https://erp.ipspro.co.jp/

日時：2024/04/06 (土) 0900H JST ～ 04/07 (日) 1800H JST（システムのダウンタイム）

目的：ERPNEXTシステム環境のv14からv15までのアップグレード作業を行う

当日(04/06~04/07) IPSP ERPNEXTはアクセスできませんので 04/05（金）夕方までに申請の提出及び承認を完了してください。

ご意見等ございましたら、IPS ITまでご連絡頂きたくお願い申し上げます。

何卒ご理解のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。

Task：Upgrade of IPSP ERPNEXT System version-up

Target URL：https://erp.ipspro.co.jp/

Date/Time：From 0900H JST of 2024/04/06 (Sat) To 1800H JST of 04/07(Sun)（System Downtime）

Purpose：ERPNEXT environment System version upgrade from v14 to v15

During this scheduled time, IPSP ERPNEXT is inaccessible. Thus, please approve all pending apppcations until 1800H JST of April 5th, 2024.

We will be performing company wide upgrades to ERPNext official version 14 production. IPSPro ERPNext is next in line to perform this upgrade.

The maintenance will be performed over the long weekend Starting Monday October 10th 9:00am - Tuesday October 11th 9:00am.

2022年7月1日（金）IPSPのERPNEXT使用開始を下記の通りお知らせいたします。

1．IPSPのERPNEXTシステムは2022年7月1日（金）0900H JSTからご利用いただけます。後で、IPS ERPNEXTアカウント(出向)には無効になりますので、ご注意ください。

2. ERPNEXTユーザIDはIPSPのメールアドレスです。 07/01に管理者からリセットパスワードのメールを通知致します。

3. IPSのERPNEXTに所属の方は各種申請中（承認待ち）ある場合は今日1830H(2022-06-30)JSTまでに完了してください。できない場合は、IPSPのERPNEXTでご再申請ください。

4. ERPNEXT最新データ移行（IPS→IPSP）は今日1830H以降に作業を行いますので、この時間からIPS ERPNEXTのご利用を中止してください。

5. 承認ルートの変更があります。

We are pleased to inform you that from 2022/07/01 (Fri) the IPSPro ERPNEXT will be implemented to all IPSPro employees.

1. IPSP ERPNEXT will be available from 2022/07/01 0900H JST. With this, IPS ERPNEXT (selected) users will soon be disabled.

2. IPSP Email address is the username for ERPNEXT IPSP. A reset password will be sent to you by the Administrator by tomorrow.

3. If you have pending IPS ERPNEXT applications/for approvals, please finish until 1830H today. If it is not possible, please re-apply again in IPSP ERPNEXT.

4. ERPNEXT Data migration (IPS→IPSP) will start tonight (2022-06-30) after 1830H. From this time, please stop using IPS ERPNEXT.

5. Some approval flows have changed.

Procedures for company registeration.

1.Apply for Torihikisaki(COP)

2.Apply for Hansya Check (HAN)

- COP will now have approvers.

- All companies from IPS COM needs to be reregistered under COP
